Organisation Biography

As a subsidiary of Baker Tilly (BVI) Limited, Caribbean Business Solutions (CBS) has been implementing and supporting Viewpoint clients and users in the BVI since 2003. The CBS team consist of Andrea Douglas (Chartered Accountant), Norman Allen (IT Specialist) and Andries Dippenaar (Chartered Accountant) in offering training, implementation, consulting services, and support related to ViewPoint.

Personal Biography

Norman Allen is the IT Manager for Baker Tilly (BVI) Limited. In 2002, Norman became the IT Manager for KPMG (now Baker Tilly (BVI) Limited), in the British Virgin Islands, where he is responsible for the IT infrastructure supporting approximately 35 users. He also serves as primary support for ViewPoint Software for Business in the British Virgin Islands.

Before joining Baker Tilly, Norman spent 4 years at Accenture, working as an IT Consultant specializing in Microsoft solutions. Norman holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami in 1998 and is MCSE and MCSA certified.

In his free time Norman spends time working out and going to the beaches of the British Virgin Islands.
